    Was a torrential downpour for a long way, wind, water hitting sideways on the road.
    About 50 miles of it, now not a cloud in sky in Rolla, Misery.
    I get empty, got 300 miles to next load..that’s only going 275 miles o_O

    Thing is it has a Landstarve Plate..... Should have gone through a 120 inspection to get that.

    Landstarve inspections are supposed to be a level 1 + a bit. Therefore should be "safe and legal" even if aesthetically challenged.
