D, Next chance, call Royal Trucking Co, in West Point. (800-321-1293) Ask for Billy Milican, the owner. Just ask him if by chance he has any lowboys for sale, especially RGN.
I know he had several parked on an adjoining property a while back. I know he has went more to dry van than flat, and have not seen a lowboy on his units in a while.
(They did haul a lot of military into Navistar rebuilding place in WP. Since Afghanistan is not shooting up HUMVEE's it may have dried up.)
All it takes is a phone call, might hit.

We have unceremoniously discovered the pound of honey ham the driver had sliced is not honey ham.

    BUT instead, Black Forrest Ham.

    The OM is not pleased.

Old mans old belts. Last used OTR about 1960. Bottom Eagle is solid and heavy. Case is similar. Top is WICHCESTER w/dogs, hardly used.
3 buckles never been on a belt. Action was given to me by the fleet manager at Action after they closed down. My daughter worked as a paralegal and he knew I used to drive. As he was cleaning out, had these so said.. Give your Dad this...(I need them stretched to 42 so I could wear.)
