    Had a new cow in the herd that freight trained me when I turned my back after feeding. Next day packed a 2x4x4 hidden. Feed the herd and turned my back with one eye peeled on the offender. Yep here he comes(steer). At about 3 feet from me at a run I pivoted on him and it was a home run on his forehead. He went down on his knees and I walked back to the gate. It never ever happened again.

    We both visited the rhinoceros for about 5 hours after our clean, hot, shower at The J.

    Now we're awake. And can't sleep.

    One of our neighbors is punishing his mutt, we assume, cause it's whining and crying.
