    Slight difference up here.

    When you go through through the permitting process the county encourage you and the utility to run power like you were installing a charger.

    They have changed the default service level from 125 amp to 175 for mobile home. You can choose to install the lesser service but there is no significant cost savings. Default new construction for a house is 200 amp service.

    Once I explained that my plan was 2 EVs in the future, Neither the county nor the utility had an issue when I asked to upgrade to 200 amp services to both the new house and a second 200 amp service to the shop. One EV would plug into the house the other into the shop.

    I don't see any advantage to it , maybe a lower deck height. Looks like it would be heavier than a ramp trailer.

    The rising cost of transportation is just another head wind for the economy. EVs cost more and take away from economic growth.

    Just want to see if I understand here, your concerned about going to washington state for delivery?
    Not sure why, they have actual roads, with pavement.
    Unlike most of Montana.

    @CrenshawModr

    How long do you usually last before you get kicked off forums?

    Oh, see what I did above? Maybe try using that in front of a username to page whoevers post you're replying to
