You probably should be. Thing is, if you don’t like coffee, thats OK, not everybody does.

You set up load alerts. Like $2 a mile with a minimum of $800, radius of 150 miles from your location. Then you can set it to call you or email you. Or both. Good stuff doesn't last typically. The other thing is you can look at how many loads a broker moves in that area. That can be seen somewhere, I forgot how. They will cover it in class, if not ask them to cover it. A good paying broker will have a load count but the loads don't hit the load board, since he/she gets calls from people when they are headed to the area. Some people run dedicated for a broker. Other thoughts is show freight. Like trade shows and concerts. They want you to be out for 6 to 8 weeks typically. There are a couple of agencies that do show freight when I was there.

I left LS since a computer on my truck was 10+ months back ordered and was failing. I was with them for 3 years. Plus I thought rates were going to go down more. Economy doom and gloom , ECT ... But wait student loan payments are kicking in this month, oil is high, interest rates are high, hone afford ability extremely high. Home insurance more expensive, new car prices are high. Car repos are climbing, all time credit card usage. Foreclosures, where are they?

I like coffee. I also like chocolate and ice cream. So this is all 3 in one queer cup.

Yep, Kerry has you strapped to an ankle monitor without the straps. Is she going to have your old nurse Ratchet monitor it?

I would think not far off.

The delay may be that the large lenders need to gear up for the process or they get stuck with a bunch of properties that are worth less than the notes and they do not want to take the loss.

There is a pickers sale 1.5 hours away tomorrow. Looked like antique liquidation. Lots of cool stuff in pics. I contemplated going.

One problem that is clear, is the people who refinanced homes during the time of low rates and skyrocketing valuations. They have locked up their homes for years. Most of the people I know that did this took lots of equity cash out of the home. Now they have a low interest rate, but owe more than the market will pay for it.
