    Actually there were 2.... One "American" and one Chinese.

    The Shyster that started the "American" company. Took his money then split after messing up. Now He's bught some assets back out of Bankruptcy to take a second stab at shafting investors. Shades of DeLorean.

    The Chinese place was a thing built on fantasy pr promises and should have been shuttered long ago. Not sure China has RICO or investment type laws to filter the corruption. Then again the powers that be there are only around as a result of corruption.
