What if it Snows?

Took the scenic route to avoid the LA. Basin. Barstow is far enough for today.

us 95 in AZ and CA was clear. Overhead signs said I40 east was closed, West bound was smooth running with very light traffic.

 

It’s gonna rain and thunderstorm today (Saturday) but it’s too warm to snow.
The cute fuzzy groundhog was right.

 

Its going to start getting noisy about 11 am or so and then the main event around 1 to three this afternoon with a focus on Jackson MS Memphis and up towards Paducah. We expect in Eastern Arkansas some activity as well. We should get it all out of the way by late tonight. But I suspect east of there it's going to be quite a show in the night.

It's already raining in many areas but little ones. They will grow big when the sun comes up and provides the heat that they need to grow.

 

We had a record storm here in SW Colorado. Almost 4 feet of snow in 3 days.

 

It took most of the day to dig out.
