I know you really meant to spell that "chitterlings."

Thanks. Haven’t decided if I’m staying on 90 or going 212 yet. Looks like there’s really nothing to stop at on 212 for a quick break, to ease the monotany.

There's the rest area and some wide spots just before that in Broadus, the 'wavingest town in Montana.' I've never stopped to eat, but I think there are restaurants in town.

On 90, Buffalo has a spot to stop at. Gillette's got a Peelot but there's nothing there to write home about. Sundance is where the Sundance Kid came from so there's that.

You are correct. "Home", just typed it out. Bucket reminds me. At one time store doored meat products. Chitterlings came in a paper bucket and liver did also. Late in the day, when reefer on/off as doors opened for the 42 stops, frozen liver would thaw, bucket soft and flop around, liver on floor. Livers quiver as you
    restuff.
Now, I wonder how it would be to stuff a string of chitterlings back in a 10 pound bucket?

What about pork brains? As a kid I remember my Grandmother making Brains and Scrambled Eggs, very tasty as I recall..
