I read it but don't know how FOX came up with the math to have a headline of 13X. From the article "Opioid-related deaths in the Beaver State have skyrocketed to 955 this year, up from 280 in 2019 before the law." To compare to Texas we went from 1375 deaths in 2019 to 4844 in 2022. looks like Texas beat Oregon by about 10% and this was with Texas cracking down and increasing the state jail times for misuse of Opioids.

We have a big ### problem in this country with Opioids deaths but FOX giving an article a click baity title doesn't help.

Stopped at the new Loves on 49 in Louisiana, #3 for a shower when I checked in and been waiting an hour.

 

I didn’t do the math.

Just the idea of legal drugs and increased deaths. Yes it’s gonna happen. I thought people were crazy to do heroin. Now it seems mild compared to fentanyl and tranq. People are really, really stupid.

I did weed, coke and pills. Didn’t care for the pills. I was afraid of the “other” stuff. I wouldn’t be touching any of it these days if I were still in that lifestyle.

 

I need something. Greasing a truck and trailer in the large gravel is just awful.
