The one time I gelled up, it was ~10. Had block heater plugged in, but some ####### unplugged my hot cord and plugged in a dead one. Never did find out who did it. So me and mechanic dude spent two ( 2 ) hours in ten below zero getting the dang thing started ~

 

That’s a good plan. But we need the metal unobtanium.

 

Brother-in-law and his sister (aka the missus) cooked up some of the pheasant he got and some wild rice and broccoli. He's been getting lots of pheasants this season which is always nice.

 

I love bad Santa funny as hell. My says if I’m not the grinch I’m bad Santa. Lol.

That’s an #######. When I said I learned after my pickup gelled. I did. Limped it to my buddy’s shop. He’s a real mechanic, certified for truck trailer auto inspections. He said get it here, we’ll let it thaw, then treat the fuel. I was lucky he didn’t charge me for shop time. Sat there 3-4 hours. Helps we went to school together, and when I question his price, it’s not is he raking me over the coals. It’s can the bank account afford it. It’s nice to go into a mekinac and the head guy goes oh hell no f you and your truck. He sees your wife and is a gentleman. But I go in the shop we bust chops, and all is good. Like it should be. You trust them they trust you. Pay a fair price get it fixed right. Joke around.
