    Somebody swung far and wide, now leaving it hanging. Be interesting to know the history of the banks management, addition/changes to it in last 18 months.
    Get control of a small banking institution, run it to benefit yourself or selected clients, run it into the ground and BK it to the FDIC...Textbook bank fraud.
