    I don’t see nothing wrong with it— our little POS is a 73 model and not much different— we upgraded the kitchen and put in a discounted sewer line (thanks to an upstanding member on here) and it’s comfortable— except when there’s a Critter visit but then again 10k sf would get small when she shows up
