Wedged under tractor trailer, then later car stuck under the truck.

I seem to recall, not too long ago, pictures of you holding a tiny, immobile bundle of joy.

In regard to the situation in Memphis:

Why do talking heads refer to these situations as "non-violent protests"?

In my opinion, these "protesters" are using the ultimate violence. They are depriving hundreds, perhaps thousands of people of their right to go about their business freely and without restriction.

And some of these "protesters" are people who believe that addressing them with the "wrong" pronoun is "violence".

I have a feeling that in the next couple of years......people who block highways in "protest" are gonna get a hard lesson in what "violence" really is.....

The appropriate level of sarcasm may not have come through in my post......

It was centered around the push to require side under-ride guards and soften up the rear DOT bumpers.

The dot bumpers are getting soften up so that the Incompetent Motoring public stop killing themselves when they rear end trucks.

Side under ride guards are to keep urban bicyclists and urban Id10ts from getting killed when they are situationally unaware and try to pass garbage/delivery trucks on the right when they are trying to make a right turn. They are being pushed for road trucks to stop t-bone decapitations.

Wouldn't be surprised if we see trial lawyer induced code/policy changes banning dropped trailers unless they have a "crash mitigation system" under the front.

Dude might not have died if Home Depot, Hunt, and the Entire Trucking Community had developed and implemented this common sense solution that is looking for a problem.
