    Thanks did not know that detail. It is Washington State Employee credit union (WSECU), federally insured but since only in WA just state chartered.

    Cops these days are real touchy about that "freeze: or "Do not move", command, whether you are dead or alive....
    I think it has a lot to do with the confidence they have in their shot placement. But then, you can't roll a body over with your foot from a distance.
