It's super easy, too. It's easy to forget about the boxes of stuff in the cupboard.

Now there's some weird British show about a witch who appears to some poor drunken sod but disappears when the doctor comes to help. Then shows up again and puts the poor sod's hands on her milkers, which makes him crumble into a crying jag, hands to head. Brits are weird. Time for bed.

    Make it this way.. Simple

    Skillet Cornbread:

    Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup milk, more if needed
    1/4 cup melted butter.
    I large egg, beaten.
2 cups corn meal (White —Sunflower brand)

    Directions:

Put the cast iron skillet in the cold oven and set to 425 degrees

Combine all the wet ingredients, then stir in the cornmeal. ( Don't over mix.)
    (Add Corn /Jalapenos if using)

Once the oven reaches 425 degrees, take a pot holder and remove the hot skillet.
Carefully pour in the cornbread batter.
Back in oven for 20 to 25 minutes , or golden brown and done.

    For Jalepeo Cornbread:
    Add: 1/2 Can Creamed Corn
    Add: 4 Tbsp Biced Jalapenos
    Add 5 min cook time.

There was a rumor about Greta finding out the truth and your body was in a compost bin in an undisclosed location.

Good to know that wasn’t true.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention hair was cut and beard was trimmed back severely to promote new growth. Now I look more like Robert E. Lee or U.S. Grant instead of David Gregg. (Speaking of Civil War Generals, where did @Jubal Early Times go?) Very productive home time.
