One thing I can pass along, when a trash truck burns, it ain’t pretty. Worked for a large company that has blue trucks. Average loss of 2 trucks a day to fires nationally.
The toxic mess is unbelievable. You are right, the loss due to wild fire, in life and property does not equal the cost of one truck.thelushlarry, InTooDeep, otterinthewater and 1 other person Thank this. -

A trash truck dumped its load behind my old commercial property in Tucson back in 2000. It took out an old mobile home trailer we were using as storage. After settling with me and the firefighter that lost an eye, they should've let the truck burn.
But at the same time, a big as truck full of diesel burning isnt exactly a small fire either.thelushlarry and Cattleman84 Thank this. -
The origins of the username.
At one time I was heavily involved in the coffee industry.
My nickname at the time was Maverick, why I can’t tell you, just was. Then during a competition someone said there goes Maverick down the Espressolane. After that I was Espressolane. And it has been since.RidgeRunner731, thelushlarry, otterinthewater and 2 others Thank this. -
