Everybody has their method to lose weight. Honestly if you will stop drinking soda even the diet sodas its worth 5 pounds lost a month. Watch the carb intake. However your body needs carbs. Nothing wrong with sweets. I eat a scoop of regular Ice Cream a night. Over the last 5 years I have lost so much weight I actually had to readjust some of my meds, in most cases greatly reducing the dose. Watch the time you eat too. I will sum up my diet. I stopped all soda. I greatly reduced my carb intake. I have eliminated almost all flour in my diet, no biscuits and breaded food, this also means I stopped eating sub sandwiches. I never ate anything 3 hours before I went to bed. Watch those labels and reduce the processed food intake too. Fat and sugars are needed in our diets. Just watch how much you eat.
Iowa I80 last Saturday. I counted 11 in the median or in a ditch between IL state line and Iowa City.
Too late. It gets better. Already have load booked to Indiana. Might make it without 34. In fact already have load from there back home, which might be a round trip ( they want the empty cans of dog food ), but this is whole nother story. I'm thinking do a 34 in Indiana and get together with @tucker. I'm going to ask his boss if I can go for a ride along with him.
