Wife had a cat. My duty to take vet for shots. Cat picked up and tossed in Isuzu pickup, hides over under heater output pass side. I get i and cruise off.
Several blocks out of neighborhood to main street west 3 miles... While negotiating the hood, cat works around till up on seatm lying behind my neck and viewing the passing scene. Quiet,comfy, big ole tiger striped fur piece.
I have often wondered about what the people; following and passing on the inside lane, thought of this scene.
Old man, little old truck, big old cat just bottling serenely along the road.
