I had started to do a little siesta till it starts to cool off outside and this thing showed up claiming to be on the verge of starvation

Wow, dude. That was kinda harsh. While I'll admit she wasn't much to look at, I did enjoy some of her music. Plus she's dead and you're not supposed to say mean things about dead people. Mind your manners

 

From what I've seen, just hook it to a 3/4 ton pickup.

That automatically makes it non-CDL, so you don't need a logbook. Don't need to stop at any scales.
