It's almost 80 in Phoenix. Have the AC/APU on sitting in line at The Beacon.

Probably be good in a Dutch Oven — wish I would have had one today. Got beat out by the reining champ fat boy— have to admit, it was good, I even had to vote for it. Did take 2nd though.

Pacifico and Modelo are good choices.
Carta Blanca and Bohemia again good choices.
    Tecate would also work.

So what as the number one. Have a basic recipe or other info to work from?

We need to have a start point to build from, that way next year, all you do is smile when the 1st place is announced.

Reining champ fat boy is a very close friend — I am already working on getting a spy embedded into his operation— not so much about the ingredients, but how he puts them together. Need someone on the inside to beat him.

That reminds me of when I used to take u.s. Highway 12 from Missoula Montana to juliaetta Idaho to bypass all the scales so I could sneak into Washington State without being seen. Some stretches along that road got pretty treacherous.

True, the steps used to assemble is a key. Builds the flavor layers. He can be beat, and no spies needed.
Just need a few good sources for ingredients.
