    Today pain is greater than morphine. Agony for the last 12 hours.

    Tomorrow morning is surgery. I may end up with a colostomy bag. I may have cancer spread so far it's hopeless. They want to remove the blockage and source of bleeding so at least I can eat and drink again. Five days without food or water...
