What if it Snows?

Can’t say if this is true or not, but back in the 70’s it seemed law enforcement was given a lot more discretion. If you were just minding yourself, they pretty much wouldn’t bother you. When you were just stupid, they treated you as stupid and got on you some. Now if you were a threat or a serious criminal, they would be all over you. Thing is, population was less, people knew each other, families were part of “The Neighborhood” people still cared about their standings in the community. Don’t think it’s like that anymore.

 

In my mind its not that unknown that tires explode with deadly force... Or that the bigger the tire the bigger the explosion.

It's sad that someone died. But at the same time, its a sad reminder that common sense isn't so common anymore.

 

The vehicle was on fire. A chunk of the tire hit him and killed him. Yeah I would think about that tire blowing if it wasn't being cooled by water.

 

Imagine the stories you can tell......It's a life changing moment

 

I've heard that the cell phone is a very large reason many cops are not as forgiving as they use to be. When everything is broadcast to the world immediately that have to do everything by the book to cya themselves
