What if it Snows?

Well, it’s nice this afternoon at the house. Someone has to do this, so I’ll take one for the TEAM.

 

Also the same reason people are realizing how many cops are tyrants and think they can order / demand anything of a free man.

aww yea folks luv some bbq , mine is a bout 4x8 . I like to throw a topped out whole hog on there on the 4th stuff a few chickens inside the ribcage and filler up with apples wire everything together . I freak out the city slickers that show up when i reach in the hogs mouth and pull out the tongue and take a big ole bite haaaaa ! God bless their hearts lol

 

Used to do whole pigs in a dugout pit.
Dig a hole, line with rocks, build a nice fire to burn down the wood, heat the rocks. Put the pig on a spit pole for rotation action. Cook for most of the day, low and slow. Add wood chips and a little charcoal as needed. Sometimes would stuff the inside with onions, garlic, celery, carrots and herbs and seasoning. Other times just open it up and lay it out. Mop as needed.

Not feeding a horde any more, so small cooks are good.

Got the yard all trimmed up. Did a little tree trimming. Activity level was low due to it being TOO F HOT ! Yard will not be touched till next weekend when it cools off.

 

It's over. The sun will do battle with the moon and victoriously rise.
