    The rules say no one can change recorded drive time. It is allowable to assign it to a different user, but once created it is there for all time.

    Once we had a load from Texas all the way up above Omaha. They finally turned it around. Paid me both ways. They were hoping the receiver would take it but they didnt know what was on the truck so it was a drive, stop and call, then drive some more. crazy. what a waste of 1200+ miles each way.

    You forgot to add: "Certified". Before that, it can be changed. I've done it through Safety department. .... These idiots think we exist for the log. The log exists for us.

    Heck... even DOT has said if you have problems with your elog. Just go paper till it's straightened out.
    But don't listen to FMCSA.... bratty step child.
