Boil-in-bags is what I’ve always used..wife uses a special rice cooker and it’s always hit or miss..mostly miss.

Two bags and a medium can of Dinty Moore beef stew on top.

First quote from TA for radiator replacement $5,500 can’t even get the radiator until late Wednesday. Scariest option though.
Dealership down the road can’t get me in until Friday and couldn’t be bothered with giving me any kind of estimate.

Rush in Lima, OH (130 miles away) going to check stock and call me with a quote..They at least said they’d get me in right away. Update, they just called and quoted $3,700-$4,000..
Going to drop it there in the morning unless someone has a better alternative!

Maybe @Ridgeline will see this and be able to recommend a shop here in Michigan.

 

For a smaller amount, go to 1 cup water and 2/3 cup rice.

 

Do you have an actual cap on the radiator, or only the tank?
