IMG_3051.jpeg Been sitting in the mall parking lot 21 miles from home since yesterday evening. I was supposed to leave at 6 this morning, but I may be here a while longer. We got power back at the house, so things are looking brighter.

Good you got power back , I know that helps a lot. I'm working in Valdosta,Ga. for Georgia Power contractor we haul crane matts for. It is a lot of hurry up and wait. But when they decide what they want ,it's go , go, go.

Currently forty four (44) degrees and sunny. Heat has been deployed in the kitchen. Going to dermatologist here in a bit. Hope there's a cute assistant.
It appears tge hummingbirds have flown the coop for warmer climes.

Was one like that in Norris City, IL. It was brick, and I was blessed to be on this side viewing some of my buddies lined up over on the other side.
Old "S"; who sipped the whiskey to keep awake, had told me at the breakfast stop earlier. When we start to leave, check your oil.. I know a near cut.
    Added"
was always referred to a "S".
S would leave out and drive, stop to check cattle, eat, restroom, traffic jam, steaming steady
