Pan sear some tops with a little olive oil.
Throw in some halved cherry tomatoes.
When the tomatoes are wilted, toss in some crumbled Feta cheese (use a good one).
Scramble 2 or 3 eggs. Pour in and mix everything.
When eggs are set, move to plate. Add a little fresh ground pepper. Eat.
