Most fuel fired heaters have a low voltage shut off.
If it does get to that point, you should still have enough power to start the truck.

Got my 15L Cat APU hummin along at 1000rpm.
But I dont stay away from mega truck stops as much as possible. This place is dark, has an old blacktop parking lot that is half coveres in dirt, and there's no lines for a mega driver to take 15min line up with. #realtruckstopsforlife.thelushlarry, FlaSwampRat, WesternPlains and 2 others Thank this. -

I don't remember ever seeing over 5 feet of snow in Amarillo TX...
