If memory serves me, aren’t you close to apple country. Harvest should be coming in. A few bushels of the right ones, a little work, some brown bottles in a cool place, you could be ready in a few weeks. Probably taste quite good.

 

Well, a clapped out, white Freightliner Columbia tried to pass me on I 65 Several hours ago, and the fellow was all over the road. Flashing his highbeams, and swerving ditch to ditch. As far as I know, I didn’t do anything to annoy him, and I just left him alone, kinda hoping a cop would see what he was doing, and pull him over. He sped up and passed, then slowed down so I had to pass him on the right about 4 times, had the passenger window down with his birdie hanging out. Got to where I was going to load a little bit ago, hopped out to roll the tarp, and discovered why he was slowing down. He threw eggs all over the side of my truck… Chicago scumbag

The driver is up. And will assume the position soon.
