So much help these days. Man just needs a good pair of earphones and react to instructions...
(Like the blonde at the doctors office for a company physical... Wearing earphones. Doc say remove those so I can check your ears.

IDK if it's worth the time or effort. Animals have a way of adjusting to their physical deformities. Saw a cat the other day that didn't have her 2 front paws....she just hopped around on her back 2. And I can't tell you how many dogs I've seen missing a paw. They just adjust and roll on.
@tramm01's dog was born that way. Looks perfectly happy. I say leave him alone. He'll be fine.
