    I had chicken Big Mac and fries. And a mini Oreo McFlurry. Sugars be ######. But the wearable monitor said mine were low. Needed to bumpem up a bit. So it’s ok. Lol

    @77fib77 here is a (free) pro tip from The OM regarding van-

    I picked up at Port of Baltimore today. The vehicle side. The loader, big fork lift smoked really bad. Operator thought it caught on fire. I did too.

    You don't get that sort of service van side.


    OMG the container side. Ratted out trucks fighting to get in. A cop SUV flys by me and is trying to get in there. I don't know how he could get thru them. Roll on Roll off side of port, pretty pleasant.
