    Cars are going cheap cheap like the birdy at Barrett Jackson this year. There's some fully restored / numbers matching stuff going in the $60K's. Some in the $40K's.

    . I’m surprised because I never thought a resident of the valley of sun would ever consider life amongst the lakes of greatness. The traffic is a little tough here so I recommend Wisconsin less traffic and home of big orange mega where the money just falls from above.

    Consider KY. Look at say Taylorsville, deer and turkey in the back yard. Fish in the lake and a state park for outdoor events. Semi isolated, but 1 hour Louisville, Versailles, E Town. 4 definite seasons, none really harsh. Reasonable home prices.

    You had to bring it up!!! There’s an 84 3/4T 4x4 long box Chevy with a 350 somewhat restored (needs paint) up the road and he’s asking 10k and I was thinking about offering 8k and I would forget all about that 24k Polaris 1000XP General with the windshield, doors and heater
