For the first time in a couple years I have managed to finish stockpiling "heat" before the first snows have blown in.
My daughter is nearly as excited to have this task finished as I am...
10' x 15' x roughly 5.5'.... Call it 6 cord, or #### close.
One full semi load of mostly lodgepole pine = roughly 4 years of "heat". Was really hoping for 5 years, but is what it is.
All thats left is the small pile of trimmings, a couple small logs (to be used to add another stringer), and the logs I saved specifically to use as my new bucking deck. Oh yeah, and a few bushel of sawdust.
Sometime before snow flies I plan to relocate the trimmings pile and the small stack of bucked Elm and Poplar, and lay down 1 more stringer. This is necessary in order to prepare the area for next springs delivery of another full semi load of "Heat".IH9300SBA, 4mer trucker, broke down plumber and 16 others Thank this. -
