The OM is displaying a ca-sa-ra attitude because she has a truck paper and container of cat treats and nice warm sleeper.

But this is going to greatly impact the drivers hometime.

Business decision... If the road is closed you will need fewer first responders that the state does not have the budget to pay?

It's either that or send a percentage of the budget as a bill to all the high usage carriers like Fed Ex, swift, UPS... And add another bill for every response they have for those carriers. Basically tax the Bleep out of the worst offenders. And if it's owner ops tax them out of business............

I imagine it's much like you described Brasil. My parents are from there(Sicily) so I have been there many times and pretty much toured the whole country. It's beautiful where you see people taking pictures (Rome, Venice, Palermo, etc) but once you get out of the tourist areas it's very poor and not exactly safe in a lot of areas. The best area I think is the north, rent a car or scooter and just drive around the hillsides on your own, it's really pretty up there. Side note: Italian food is not what you think it is, it's just fish....lots and lots of fish.

Yeah, it's like they don't open it back up untill it's clean enough to drive with cruise controll.

Rock Springs isn't looking bad ATM. Slow light snow.

Well the weather forecast has now improved to 22 degrees on Tuesday..... for the high. Low is now -6.

Sitting here thinking how much Power Service I need to buy today for two semi's, a skid steer, an excavator and a pickup truck.

Can we buy all electric trucks yet?

Guess I'll go see what the salad bar has to offer.

Hopefully they through that broccoli out.

When I go back to the old country (Netherlands), I find it the other way. The touristy places are dirty, gaudy, fake and off-putting, but venture off into the country side and everything cleans up and seems "as it should be", with real people living real lives. Still beautiful, still good food, good beer, decent people but without the hints of desperation or the touristy areas.
