This is the one that inspired me to remove the C.B. from the truck....... I was broadcasting every mile marker until the next town. Even called out to the tanker. Only folks that responded where the guy in front of me and the one that hung about half a mile back. They were kind enough to confirm the radio was working.........

So... took a walk on the beach this afternoon.. it was pretty windy... as usual around here... no wonder the name of this town is Cabo Frio.. Cold Cape


The sand on that beach is very fine and very white... feels good to walk barefoot on it... when it's not too hot...


Vendors, vendors, vendors everywhere...



Plastic tables and chairs.. people buy food and drinks... the birds are fed by folks that raise their hands in the air and offer them pieces of food...


The water was kinda cold... for me at least... I just got my legs wet...
And I walked to the fortress at the end of the beach (see yellow vertical arrow)


The horizontal arrow points to a guy wearing the so common speedo... they are very popular...





The fortress is very small and it is practically empty inside... there are a few pictures on the walls and some reading material.... but I didn't read anything...
