Digging around on the net, the scania trucks look to be a reasonable ride. What are they really like?

    Interesting pictures Rocks

Well its bedtime for me. JB the older black cat is staying outside. He will regret it as it is going to drop to the mid thirties again tonight. Oh he will come inside in the morning. At least he is willing to crawl into blankets so we know he will stay warm.

    Good night all.

I examined the wyoming weather from Little Rock for the next three days. It is apparent to me they have a raging storm on their hands for at least that long.

Those are not too bad. Areodynes in particular. Studios for others. For cabovers... for what they were back then.

THAT will be the one thing I have endlessly advocated for 20+ years. No more BS 480 horse engines. Let's up em to 750-800 and beyond. More horse means less fuel burned against lifting 40 ton over a mountain. Hell many battle tanks start with 1000 horse engines today and they don't weigh but as much as our rigs in some models.

If you had 1000 and say 2250 torque in a big American rig or better, you wont need a shifting transmission anymore just a infinity loop ratio drive. Select D and drive.
