    So— I received more education today— evidently you can these new bows to light (mine was set at 48lb draw) and they aren’t made for that— dude put all back together and set at 62lb draw and it’s a little stiffer, but not really that noticeable— and it shoots a lot better

    A couple months back my 60 something male neighbor called because he had a flat in town and couldn’t figure out how to get the jack out. I just went up there and put the spare on. It was easier that way

    70 pounds is what mine is. But it’s all about the break over. A recurve is a heck of a lot harder to hold. Compounds are great

    But you gotta admit, getting the jack and spare out of these new cars is a science project in itself.

    It took me a good 5 minutes to get it out. But I still just used the floor jack I brought.
