Some days are smooth as silk, then you get a day like no other. Just brutal. That was what my day was as well.

Just make sure to take 30 minutes or so before that 10hr break is up. Take 30 minutes for urself to center ur chi and get relaxed, just like u told me . ive been good ever since, so now im here to return the favor. We can only do so much out here, it aint worth it gettin worked up in the grand scheme of things especially when its out of ur control . sometimes the times u get held up and have crazy days , u never know it could be ur guardian angel looking over u , maybe keeping u out of a wreck, or something bad like that couldve happen if u didnt get held up. Sending some good energy ur way my friend, hope things turn out better for u
