Possibly.
I know my company is now installing the Smart Drive cameras into their fleet and it’s already driving some of the older drivers bonkers when they’re getting calls about following too closely,even though traffic cuts them off(merging highway traffic) ,or the truck is over speeding even if the posted speed limit is higher than the truck’s governed speed or other BS.
And I’m talking about drivers who have been with the company 20+ years or more.

Getting drivers may or may not be an issue for JB Hunt(and they already had a s*** reputation for years before this) but getting GOOD DRIVERS is going to be another matter. And word tends to spread like an out of control wildfire!
I would expect a mass exodus from that company at some point,not necessarily to other companies,some drivers might hang up the keys and call it a career.

 

Yes I decided that too. Was tired of the mental patient / convict look. Hair cut lady has a nicely remodeled shop now. She's a you know who supporter as well.

They don’t want good drivers. They want cheap drivers

 

If the temp was where it should be it would be SNOWING. But no.

 

And the problem is in the end it may cost them even more before they put the cameras in.
