I’d be cussing up a storm too. Did they leave the water run that whole time?

 

couple hours I’d say. Carpet soaked in living room all the way to back bedrooms… I called a guy to turn water off.

 

That really sucks. Sorry man. If it was my place what happened to you would be me. Well look at it this way if you need new carpets and floors here’s a sign it’s time.

I’m waiting on a call back, know a guy. Told him to haul off the couch, and recliners, they’re soaked too at the bottom. Tear all that carpet and flooring out. Put in linoleum. He’s gonna let me know when he can do it. Maybe Tuesday.

I hated to slap the heck out of someone so I did the right thing. I got on my little loader and drove off toward the sunset to work.

 

Good plan. Better than me I’d have probably started drinkin. Calculating what it’s gonna cost me at insurance renewal. I hope insurance will cover it.

 

Maybe go smash some stuff with the loader, might make you feel better lol.

 

no flood insurance. Live on a hilltop, if it floods here everyone’s in trouble. They’ll be drowned.
