If you go like modified vegan ( chicken and fish), stay of candy, cookies, chips, etc., and start and stay with the bike, your weight will fall off.

That's what the temps were like when we tried living in Pennsylvania, I'm too much of a wuss and couldn't handle it. I will say tho cold here is way different, I don't know if it's because I'm surrounded by water or what but in PA 60 was good working weather and here it's cold as hell.

My wife left a bag on candy for Halloween. Made sure to get a kind she knows I don't like. She's at her sisters so it was up to me to pass out the candy. Was was cold and windy and no kids were out. Until at around 9:15 one boy about 10 rang the bell. His parents were warm in the car. Started to give him a couple pieces but changed my mind and gave him the whole bag. He ran out to show his folks and I turned to outside lights of and that was it for Trick or Treat

My dad used to eat all he wanted.. and he was a darn good eater.... he would eat anything and everything... till he found out he had diabetes... and then he got an ischemic stroke in 2011... not sure what kind was but caused him to lose motion of his left arm and left leg... I wonder if that was caused by the diabetes... later on he had to take insulin every day... and the diabetes caused him blindness later on.... :biggrin_2557:

    Aw.

I encourage you to consider the protein you are about to enjoy. If anything get a case of ensure or even a gallon of proper milk to your taste.

I do hope you feel well soon. It's way better to fix this while you can before you really have to fix it.

It was frosted this morning in Arkansas. First real freeze. I fed the battery on the tahoe last night so it's ok. Back to 60 by lunch and heading back down fast as I type this. We just recieved new double pane windows so they are a big help this winter already. HVAC is going nuts. Ive been flipping between heat and cold all day now it's burning heat and power trying to make a 72 setpoint near 80 I might have to set it lower so it will quit running away. What a conundrum.

Makes me wonder with that #### thing.... it needs to settle down.

I might just have it pull in outside air while the big computer maintains the room temp through the night. It functions as a space heater in winter. Generally 42 at gaming but now at 31 C without too much trouble.
