You would have probably gotten along well with my dad, he used to transport RV'S 4-6 at a time, if it wasn't close to being across the country, as in load in LA Grande and go to NY, reload in Michigan

Everything is white this morning 15 degree sort of feels like winter. Massive burning of hydrocarbons is the order of the day.

Fried Spam , instant grits, couple cold boiled eggs and burnt wheat toast. As long as the waitress is as you described and friendly, I'd eat it and leave a good tip. It's just going to make a turd , but the view I can enjoy and remember the rest of the day.

Yeah, I’ll eat zucchini bread and enjoy it! But pizza sauce or something on that pizza just didn’t blend well with it AT ALL!

I’m believe it’s time to head home.

Yesterday I delivered to some fancy pants gated community in Bluffton. You know the type… Palmetto Bluff or Palmetto Crest or some bougie ### name like that. So I turn onto the golf cart size path going to the front gate and it has all these winding curves for no other reason than rich folks like curves. Lots of live oak hung across the road for me to hit with the boom of my excavator. Lots of traffic coming at me. Because it’s 4 O clock and old rich people eat supper at 4 O clock. Even more behind me. Those are getting angry because I’m going slow to avoid trees and geriatrics. Probably making them late for their Arnold Palmer at the club house.

Julio my site contact sent me a pin drop. However Julio is not very forth coming with pertinent information. Julio says to call him when I get to the gate. After 2 miles of said golf cart path, I see the gate. But I also see a sign that says construction entrance. My electronic device says go straight to get to the pin drop, but I’m thinking that doesn’t look like a great idea.

So I stop on the path and block everything and call Julio. Julio says go to the gate. So I says “ok”. Well… I get to the gate and all these retired NYPD looking and sounding dudes come out. They are unpleased. They said you were supposed to turn. I said Julio said go to the gate. They said where are you going. I said I don’t know. They said you have to have an address. So I show them the pin drop. They said who’s it for. I said I don’t know. They asked if Julio paid for my gate pass. Again, I don’t know, but I dam sure ain’t paying to get in to deliver a piece of equipment. I gave them Julio’s number.

After 10 minutes of back and forth they decided that Julio doesn’t speak English and it’s not my fault. Julio paid for the pass and the guys from law and order escort me another 5 miles to where they want the machine.

I get to the end of the road and unload. I ask Julio how do we get turned around. He said he did not know. Well that translates to English as you have to back up a mile and a quarter to the last intersection.

It was exciting to say the least. And I’m sorry @4mer trucker that I made you late for supper.
