What if it Snows?

Brisket on the pellet grill has hit the stall at 150 degrees so we pulled it and wrap it up with foil and added the tallow that was rendered while it smoked. Now it will cook till it hits 205 degrees. Estimated to be about 4 hours and 30 minutes.

 

It has hardly any flavor just a blah.

 

I’m thinking 21st or 23rd till Jan 2nd. Would like to watch 2 Steelers games. Oh I know next week and till the 2nd most people are taking off. And I want to join them.

 

Casey’s ain’t bad.

 

I have eaten a lot of pfj pizza. Have to use the points now and then. It has a lot of bread, which good and bad. I like Casey's too. I would rather have Casey's.

 

Van is easy. No fing with 50, 90 or the dreaded 110 pound lumber tarp. It isnt just the tarping, but the messing with them going down the road. 20% of the loads with tarp suck. I dont need to shower once or twice a day. I can get away with 3 days. Shoot for 2 days. It's more miles, less time on site, so far.
