Years ago I delivered solvent to Hill AFB, and the tank was right down on the flightline. Got to crawl all over the F-4 that held all the speed records at the time. Cool beans for a nerd like me!

 

i wouldnt worry about radon that much , in the higher end foo foo communitys they'll run a radon vent but they're rarely seen on blue collar homes . Im sure if you test for it you'll find everyone that does that type of mitigation will try like hell to sell you on it . My 2¢

We didn't exactly win the argument , all property is state property . Allodial titles are impossible to get and as far as i know there are only 3 states that allow a partial allodial title . Texas , Nevada cant remember the 3rd .
