You wouldn't believe how insurance companies are.
They don't have those Big buildings and golf tournaments cause they pay out money.

I did multi million dollar electrical projects. I'm pretty sure everyone in the continental U.S. was covered, except me.

All those years, only ever had 1 claim. Someone stole like $10K in tools off one of the jobs over the weekend.

This was Hartford Insurance. Well they treated me and the guys on that job like we were the criminals.

They depreciated everything, and I got like $4K, and just treated like ####.

If I were @tucker, and I'd get at least a temporary certificate of occupancy from whomever the municipality is doing the inspections as soon as I could.

We don’t worry about tornados here.
They are so rare and then the chance of there being one near us and damaging our stuff is... we have a better chance of winning the lottery jackpot.
I was in a store a few weeks ago and the city was blaring it’s weather siren. Nobody cared. We all shopped like normal. Nobody even acknowledged the noise.

ARDOT Reports US 70 at Galloway (North Little Rock I-40, Petro Truckstop and Loves with Pilot Exit) is blocked with downed trees. This will take a while to clear.

Additionally the rerouting of traffic from that spot of US 70 behind the Petro (South) is screwed up royally with a emergency road maintenance in the median of I-440 at Faulkner Lake which is about a mile south of US70 and a mile and half south of I-40 east side Little Rock right about the Caterpillar plant. No one is moving very well on 440, 40 and US70 and Faulkner Lake roadways trying to get around.

40 is moving well in both directions for now. I440 interchange is about 300 yards to left rear of camera.

I'll have to get a picture in the morning. Got a snow drift in my back yard, over 3 feet high. This is going to go on another 9 hours at least. Then wind for another 24. Supposedly...
At least the wind is so heavy. The street and my driveway are staying clear of snow. Even where I get a big snow drift in front of my garage door. It's really small this time.

Texarkarna is about to get or is getting violent this hour. SPC issued watch for bad storms. It's a frontal passage like a whip associated with the Wyoming storm system. It might make it to little rock in about a couple of hours and may or may not still be violent when it gets here.

It's a relatively thin front so those of you running west on I-30 will have about 20 minutes of hell and those of you unlucky enough running east out of Texas will be in it and in it and in it and in it some more as your 61 mph truck slowly crawls out from under this 55 mph plus system.

Those purple blocks are severe thunderstorm warnings with 60 mph winds and up to 1" diameter hail. I'm taking a 10 just north of Paris, TX. Totally calm and about 50°F.

Does the dog have his own doggy tornado shelter, or is he left to be sucked into the spinning vortex?

And does his shelter also have mold and snakes in it?
