    This is just one of a number of questions.
    If you have a “ToGoBox” and take that to go.
    Then it is a real to go box.
    Now, if you should have time or just need to take a few out of the truck, and had planned to get a to go box, then decided to stay and consume the contents of said to go box, is that now a stay in box? One important factor is the plate, no plate was going to be used, just a to go box, we all know that if you use a plate, then it’s buffet.
    The advantage of buffet is fresh hot toast. But thats a subject all on itself.
