I had something that lasted about six(6) weeks.

Of course I was almost better, then at the apogee point of the search for ELIZABETH, it tained on me like twelve (12) mofo's.

Was about 38 degrees, wind was in Pre-Howl, one neighbor drove by, but didn't offer the soaking wet guy a ride.

So I think that contributed to the length of said illness.

 

I've lost some of the hearing in my right ear because of those dang rapid-fire two strokes.

 

If we get truly blessed, one of the fuel haulers will call and ask when can we start

 

Pour buttermilk in the stump hole on any skinned roots left. Keep them from crawling out.

Actually, Cactus Dude is making it on "recommend business..". He does enough aftersales service at reasonable prices the customers send him "buying" leads. He makes it on selling the cactuses, keeps it on the after effects. (A very effective business plan, never understood by car dealers.)

 

Say it ain't so. Do you remember the University's forest field station - Blodgett by chance? Or the Buckeye Lodge?

 

Still have two and half(2-1/2) hours until we are safe to drive again.
