So I used the insta pot today. 1 hour and pot roast is made. Next time vegetables in it. Or corn beef and cabbage for an hour. Way easier than a slow cooker. Pressure cooker all the way.

 

Haul some Equipment over to Blackfoot National GC and give em a hand clearing the Snow
