What if it Snows?

Woke up this morning east of Birmingham & poked my head out the curtains to see this.

That initial shudder waved through me, but realized he was parked across from me at distance in make your own spot. All is good.

Now, I really try not to lump everyone together into stereotypes. It's just not right.

We all have had fun with the Swift stuff & I am guilty as that as any other out here. Heck, I know guys that have been with Swift for over 15/20yrs with no issues. But, they take the crap thrown in stride.

Even my own starter company gets a hell of a lot of crap thrown at them & I also took it in stride.

Anyways, after gathering myself together I headed into the small store.

Be ###### if whole front bumper is missing, along with 1/4 of passenger side front fender. The 1/4 that consists of entire headlight assembly.

Looks like someone is trying to make sure we keep the stereotyping alive.

Throughout my life it seems that I have tired of or gotten bored with every job/career path I've been in about every 10 years. Currently have been in this business for 17 years. Also currently, due to the changes in the administration, a $487k contract that we have with the government has abruptly halted without notice or warning, or even confirmation other than that they won't pay our most recent progress payment This has us scrambling to find other work as that job was going to take 10 weeks to finish this summer. While I agree with what is being done, it could have been done in a better manner.

The reason for saying all that is that I understand thoughts of WTF was I thinking. But, if all a guy does is go into the water ankle-deep, he never learns to swim. I have been fortunate though in having someone willing to stand by me, and someone to work for the last 46 years.

I don't have any answers, but I appreciate your situation.

 

Don’t go down that road. All you see is what they want you to see. For all you know they are looking at you and saying the same thing. People are funny that way…

 

Enjoying a gravy enhanced breakfast because it’s a spring like day. The muttering of snowbirds complaining of cool weather fills the air.

Dave, you made some changes recently that you thought were for the better. However, this may sound counterintuitive to you, but you need to start drinking coffee again. Waking up and drinking coffee is actually a form of mindfulness meditation for 15 minutes. Just sit and drink your coffee say a quick Hale Mary prayer or an Our Father prayer and then start thinking about what is good about today that you're going to do and be thankful for stuff. Laugh at something the OM is doing or more than likely not doing as- she is a cat after all.

 

Or he needs to get mauled by some trashy rich Cougar— after he gets all his vaccinations up to date
