I also haven't been in a subway for a long time, most areas you can find a better sandwich, that isn't 90% turkey based. We have a couple good ones down in Walla Walla, WA. and a couple really good burger joints that both have great menu's that go far beyond burgers.

 

My wife is STILL ON THE DARN PHONE, how do you come up with this much nonsense to flap jaw about? Reminds me of the guys you used to hear by skip that the only way to shut them the F up was to turn OFF the CB.

OH and @tramm01 I did escape to my trailer for awhile, came in SSDD kinda because it's the same day.

 

The places I was talking about are generally only about 1.00 more.

 

Have only eaten 1 sandwich from them, back in the 80’s some time. That was more than enough for me.

In Ireland, subway stores can’t say they use bread for their sandwiches. According to the food laws they have, it contains too much sugar and other ingredients. Yes, thats true, Do a search on it.

Subway branded franchises are still operating in Russia.
They claim that profits from Russian operations are being donated to humanitarian organizations.
They have also found some legal loopholes to receive and keep the brand royalties from Russian operations.

 

This is no joke. Back in jr high school, my best friends girlfriend called me one day. She could talk. I listened to her for 5 minutes. Then I set the phone down and walked to Marks house (1.5 miles by google maps). We then walked back to my house. I picked up the phone and she was STILL TALKING!! And I am dead serious about that...

 

Is the sugar why the bread is tooth chipping hard most of the time?
